SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS:
Ski to lift great for all skiers and ski to property is best for intermediate / advanced skiers (depending on conditions). Ski in/out is dependent West Wall Lift operating, which typically opens 7 to 10 days before Christmas. The Ski to the Resort is from the property to West Wall lift (or Peachtree lift), which are on Skier's left side of the resort, one lift from the resort base area. First time skiers can also ski on green trails to bottom of West Wall lift, then walk up to the property (or shuttle back to property). Winter shuttle is also available between main ski resort area and Property, with connection to the Town of Crested Butte. SHUTTLE DETAILS:
Free Year-Round Shuttle | The free winter shuttle (Crystal/Castle) stops at the bottom of the Paradise Condominium complex (where driveway meets Hunter Hill Rd) and goes between the Ski Resort base area and the Condominium complex every 30 minutes. From the Ski Resort, you can also catch the town shuttle that goes between the Ski Resort base area and the Town of Crested Butte every 15 minutes. | During non-Winter months, walk .25 miles down the road to catch the shuttle that goes between the Ski Resort base area and the Town of Crested Butte every 20 minutes.
PARKING DETAILS:
One car garage plus 1 dedicated parking space (2 total dedicated spaces plus overflow first-come, first-served parking). NOTE: Garage has a height limit and will not accommodate a taller vehicle with a roof box - When no snowpack, the height limit is 80" (lower height limit when there is snowpack). Space in front of Garage has no Height Limit.

Located off the beaten path, Crested Butte is known for some of the best lift-served Ski and Mountain Biking terrain in the nation, and wildflower hikes with amazing views. A friendly small town vibe along with quirky events, Crested Butte is a place you want to add to your bucket list. Surrounded by 1.7 million acres of National Forest, there is no shortage of activities to embrace all year long! You can hike, bike, ski, right out of our property. With so many events and fun things to do year-round, it's always a good time to visit Crested Butte.

Great location! We so much enjoyed the wildflowers just even out the back door. Was able to get great mountain biking in and paddle boarding up at Emerald Lake. The Condo itself has a lot of space for both adults and children. It was great to be able to have the Bike storage as well. It is stocked with all of the proper linens, towels and dish ware that you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome views. We had the bonus of beautiful and relaxing springtime snows with the fireplace adding just the right amount of warmth and ambience to complete our stay. Two of us stayed 5 nights and easily found everything listed. The King beds were very comfortable (did not try the others). We fixed our meals there and found the kitchen well supplied including numerous spices. Overall, our expectations were exceeded, and we are happily going again.

We live in Colorado Springs, and have rented our Breckenridge Townhome since 2009, and our condo in Crested Butte since 2020. My husband is retired military, so we have had more free time to enjoy the Mountains for long weekends and holidays. We love the backcountry hiking, skiing, and biking access for both of our places.
