Welcome to our "Slopeside Retreat," where views of snow-covered peaks or aspen forests are framed by your window. Nestled amid the scenic trails and snowy ski runs of Peak 9/10 in Breckenridge, this peaceful townhome offers ski in ski out or winter shuttle access to the slopes (see details below). Escape the crowds and enjoy the quiet from our small townhome neighborhood that borders national forest and has trail access from the front door for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing using the provided snowshoes. Soak in the views in a large Private Hot Tub or savor a barbecue or home cooked meal with friends and family on the sunny deck. King sized bed, well-stocked kitchen, garage, EV Charger, washer/dryer, crisp white linens/towels, workspace, fast WIFI, and thoughtful amenities complete your stay at your home away from home. Kids and families love the children’s books, board games, toys, stream 400 yards away, and fox frequently seen from the back deck. An ideal location – on trails but also a short 5-minute drive to the Town of Breckenridge or fast winter shuttle to the Peak 9 Base Area – makes it easy to visit the many restaurants, shopping, and sites that Breckenridge and surrounding area has to offer. SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS: Intermediate/advanced skiers can ski in/out to and from Peak 9 and Peak 10; Beginners & snowboards can opt to take the quick winter shuttle to and from Peak 9 lifts. Peak 9 Base / Village Center / Main Street Station houses Ski School, Kids Ski School, and boasts some of the most gorgeous views of the ski area and the surrounding peaks. The ski in/out is dependent on either Peak 10 Falcon lift being open and sufficient snow on Lower Lehman to ski to the resort. In recent Low Snowpack years, Falcon Lift and the Runs needed to Ski in/Out have not been open until the weekend before Christmas. During this early season time, the Winter Shuttle is available and can be used to get to/from Peak 9 which is open throughout the ski season. Ski to townhome may not be available in April (snowfall dependent).
SKI TO RESORT Peak 9: A few minutes Ski through forest/trees to a Green Run that can have Natural conditions, depending on snowpack. Ski to resort is to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver and Beaver Run 6 chair high speed lift).
SKI TO TOWNHOME: Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the forest/trees (dependent on peak 10 / Falcon Lift being open). When the Lower Lehman Run on Peak 9 is open and Beaver Run lift is operating, there is a Green/Blue skiing option with a 300 yard hike. See Picture for Ski In / Out map, email owner for detailed Ski In/Out details.

We live in Colorado Springs, and have rented our Breckenridge Townhome since 2009, and our condo in Crested Butte since 2020. My husband is retired military, so we have had more free time to enjoy the Mountains for long weekends and holidays. We love the backcountry hiking, skiing, and biking access for both of our places.
